Prior to joining Civic, Bjorn spent 15 years overseas working in investment banking. Bjorn has strong financial and analytical experience, but always adopts a pragmatic and keep-it-simple approach.

Joined Civic at the beginning of 2021 as Head of People & Culture. Mel has worked in HR Management for 15+ years in both the private and public sector. Mel’s aim is to assist people to be their best and believes HR should keep it simple and real.

Lance has been with Civic since 2015, working in various operations roles across Auckland. Lance now leads our Auckland Central team with a focus on Graffiti removal & protection.

Brad joined Civic in 2009, and has since worked across a variety of different contract services and led many of Civic’s operational teams. In his current role, he oversees operations across the West Auckland area.

Adrian joined Civic in 2013, bringing with him many years of experience in waste collection and street cleaning contracts.

Since being with Civic Adrian has worked in Operations in Wellington and Nationally as Civic’s Fleet Manage, after a short break away he is back to lead our Hamilton team on our Hamilton Infrastructure Alliance and Waikato Roading Alliance contracts.

David joined Civic in 2004, and since 2013, he has managed Civic’s Wellington and Porirua contracts. David has specialist knowledge of facilities maintenance and waste management services.

Murray has over 10 years’ experience working in HSEQ roles across Australasia. Murray is our in-house expert on all matters relating to HSEQ across all Civic contracts.

Joined Civic in 2009 as an Accounts Administrator. Chrissie has seen many changes during her 12 years at Civic, and has shown that she has a head for figures and expertise in payroll, becoming the Accounts and Payroll Manager in 2021.

Started at Civic in 2017 working as a Supervisor in our field operations team in Wellington. As Civic developed its technology systems, Uriah found he had a natural flair for this and soon became the superuser of Civic’s Systems. Uriah was promoted to Systems Manager in 2021.
